To meet this moment, the World Affairs Council of Atlanta introduces the Global Leadership Fellows, a first-of-its- kind international leadership development experience for early career professionals.

Fulfilling our city’s economic and cultural potential requires leaders from every corner of our community. The Global Leadership Fellows is a talent pipeline of diverse, visionary leaders preparing to steward Atlanta’s economy, culture, and quality of life. Through coaching, training, immersive learning, and international travel, the program transforms high potential young professionals with 5-15 years of career experience into globally astute leaders ready to lead Atlanta into the future.
